Admin panel

Everyone here has their own private ledger. You can add, disable or delete people, but you can't see inside their ledgers.

System backups

Each one is a copy of the whole database, with every user's ledger. One is made every day, plus a safety copy before a user is deleted or replaces their data (the last 30 are kept). Open "Contains…" to see whose data is inside. Download one now and then and keep it somewhere safe, off the server.

A complete copy of your ledger only: every customer, account, note and entry. The file is named with your username and the date and time, e.g. ledger-backup__2026-10-28_1530.csv.

To restore it: Import CSV → pick the file → tick Replace my current data.

Bring entries into your ledger from the old app's ledger_data.csv, or from an Export CSV. Every balance is checked; if anything doesn't add up, nothing is imported.
